Dr Childs is a doctor who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing. Whenever she prescribes a drug she tells you the cost of it, wouldn't it be better if she told you the benefits and side effects? Ask her to sign a form to say you are fit to go to the gym and she'll tell you how much she will charge you for it, she may be entitled to and I might not mind paying but it's money, money, money at every turn. I do wonder did she train (at the taxpayers expense) to practice medicine or to reap in as much money from her job as possible. The other doctors at the practice are far better.

Dr Childs has been my doctor for over 20 years and during this time I have always received very good and considerate treatment. She has listened carefully to any concerns I have had and always follows up with referrals as necessary. I have full confidence in her.

I regularly request my appointments specifically with Dr Childs as I think she's a fantastic doctor. It's clear that Dr Childs has a wealth of experience and combines this with pragmatism - she really listens and without fail I always come away from my appointments with her feeling so much more at ease/better. Despite seeing so many members of the public day in day out she also always remembers who me/my toddler are and takes the effort to provide a personal aspect to her service.

Dr Childs has been my GP for well over 20 years and has helped me to overcome a number of complex mental health issues during this time She is an extremely caring Doctor and always makes me feel reassured that if I ever feel like I am becoming ill, that I will be well looked after in her care.

See any other doctor is the best advice I can give where Dr Childs is concerned. She doesn't listen and is full of her own importance. When things have not been OK she has assured me they were and in her patronising manner 'scolded' me for questioning her. It turned out I was right to have questioned her and later when I saw another doctor in the practice I found out that I was right about my results not being OK. Fortunately the other doctor was far better, well what a doctor should be really and things got sorted out and now I'm better.
